What We’re Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a drive to get the job done right

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Confidence in operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently

A team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve a beautiful final product

Capable of hard physical labour outdoors

Qualifications & Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field

Understanding of landscape construction best practices and ability to read and interpret design plans

Experience with a variety of power tools and equipment

Confidence in loading and handling trailers & equipment

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

High school diploma

G-class driver’s license (required); AZ license is an asset
