Job Title: Lawn and Garden Care Technician

Location: Churchill Meadows, Mississauga (and surrounding neighbourhoods)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: Based on experience

We are a small, community-focused lawn and garden care company proudly serving Churchill Meadows and nearby neighbourhoods in Mississauga. With two trucks and a close-knit team, we prioritize quality, reliability, and friendly service. We’re growing and looking to add a motivated and hardworking Lawn and Garden Care Technician to our team.

Job Summary:

As a Lawn and Garden Care Technician, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance on residential properties, including mowing lawns, trimming, edging walkways, weeding gardens, and assisting with garden installations, lawn sod installations, and sod repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Mow lawns to a professional standard using commercial-grade equipment

Trim and edge around driveways, sidewalks, flower beds, and fences

Weed and maintain garden beds

Assist with laying new sod and performing sod repairs

Help with the installation of new garden features (soil, mulch, plants, etc.)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate politely with clients and represent our team positively in the community

Requirements:

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is an asset but not required

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team

Valid G driver’s license is preferred (but not mandatory)
