G. Edick Landscape Contractors Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader / Foreman to join our growing team. We specialize in year-round condominium property care in the Mississauga area, with a reputation for quality, professionalism, and reliability.

What We Do:

Condominium grounds maintenance

Tree care and arborist services

Landscape construction and irrigation

Snow plowing and winter operations

Your Role:

Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on condominium properties

Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment

Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

Communicate with site supervisors and team members

Maintain safety and efficiency at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with leadership experience

Valid G-class license with clean driving record (required)

DZ or AZ license is a strong asset

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

Based in or willing to travel to Mississauga and/or Erin
