Are you skilled with equipment and ready to take charge? Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for a hands-on, motivated Ventrac Operator Foreperson to help us shape and maintain high-quality outdoor spaces across Southern Ontario.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Ventrac tractor for mowing, grading, and property maintenance

Lead and motivate a small crew (2–5 team members) to deliver top-tier results

Perform tasks like trimming, weed removal, and general upkeep

Complete daily equipment checks and flag any issues early

Enforce safety standards and ensure proper PPE is used

Keep job sites tidy, organized, and professional at all times

What You Bring to the Team:

A valid G-class Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Hands-on experience with tractors or Ventrac equipment (or a strong interest in learning)

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

A self-starter mindset and ability to work independently

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work extended hours, including some Saturdays when needed
