We’re Hiring: Residential Landscape Foreperson

Location: Hamilton, ON.

Pay: $29–$41/hour (based on experience).

Benefits after 3 months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading a team of 3–5 crew members on custom residential projects.

Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring top-notch workmanship.

Driving a company truck and trailer with confidence.

Installing natural stone (flagstone, armour), interlock pavers, precast retaining walls, and more.

Getting hands-on: planting, digging, soil placement, and layout.

Meeting with subcontractors and keeping projects on time, on budget, and looking sharp.

What You Bring to the Team:

Valid G License and clean driver’s abstract.

5+ years of hands-on landscaping experience.

3+ years leading crews on residential jobs.

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and installation methods.
