Landscape Construction Worker

MONDO Landscapes Inc. is hiring skilled landscapers to join our growing team. We work primarily in the Mississauga/Oakville/Burlington area. Qualifications:

• You have worked in landscape construction for 2+ years (only experienced applicants will be considered)

• You have experience doing stonework, masonry, concrete, water features, drainage, woodwork and other skills related to landscape construction

• You must have a valid G class license with access to a vehicle or reliable transportation to our yard in Burlington

• You have a clean driving record and are able to drive a truck and trailer proficiently

• You have experience operating a skid-steer, excavator and other landscape equipment & machinery

• You are willing to work full time during the landscape season (30+ hours per week)

Job Requirements:

• You will manage your crew while on site and coordinate operations for the day/week

• You will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail

• You will arrive at the yard on time to brief your team and assign duties and goals for the day

• Your team will organize tools for the duration of the project and maintain an orderly site, truck and yard

• You will connect with your employer regarding project changes, purchases or issues that occur on site

• You commit to working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Heavy lifting is required and the position often entails tasks that are physically demanding.
