Job Description
The Snow Shovel Crew Member is responsible for manually removing snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, stairs, loading docks, and other pedestrian areas. This role involves using shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt materials to ensure surfaces remain safe and accessible during winter weather.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, and other assigned areas using shovels or snow blowers.
Apply de-icing materials (salt, sand, or ice melt) to prevent slippery surfaces.
Respond quickly to changing weather conditions, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate any hazards, obstacles, or damage to the supervisor.
Work efficiently and safely as part of a team.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Qualifications
Education:
Skills & Professional Training
Driver's License - AR, Driver's License - G2, Driver's License - G1 (Beginners), Driver's License - G, Clean Driving Record, Defensive Driving
Compensation
$23 to $32/hour
