Green Crew Leader

Role: Green Crew Leader (Field Operations Leader) Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Hiring for 2026 Season) Compensation: $22.00 per hour Role Overview Lead a crew of 2-3 members to execute high-quality exterior property services. Serve as the primary on-site manager and point of contact for the team and clients. Note: No lawn mowing, turf maintenance, or grass cutting is involved in this role. Requirements Proven leadership experience in a physical labour or trades environment (2+ years). Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean record. Experience operating work trucks and towing trailers. Must hold or obtain Working at Heights (WAH) certification. Proficient with job management software (Jobber) and smartphones. Ability to perform strenuous physical labour outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Duties Supervise and mentor crew members on daily operations and tasks. Drive the company vehicle and manage safe trailer operations. Oversee efficient loading and unloading of equipment and materials. Conduct site inspections to ensure exceptional quality standards. Manage workflows, time tracking, and reports daily using Jobber. Enforce strict safety procedures and ensure proper PPE usage. Recognize upsell opportunities to maintain high margins.
