Job Description
As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the care and upkeep of residential landscapes across Toronto. This includes performing landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, pruning, leaf collection, and site cleanup. You will work with hand tools and power equipment, ensuring each property is maintained to the highest standards. Crews typically service 6–10 properties per day.

GROW New Worker Training
Prepare and maintain landscape maintenance sites, ensuring safety and cleanliness
Manage traffic around work zones when necessary
Load, unload, and organize tools and equipment on crew vehicles
Install, fertilize, and water plant material
Operate leaf blowers, trimmers, mowers and other landscaping equipment
Drive crew truck between job sites and company yard
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Receive on-the-job training and guidance for all tasks
Compensation
$23 to $28/week
Paid landscape industry training during work hours. Support in registering for Horticultural Technician Apprenticeship program. Ability to renew contract yearly.
Extended Health and Dental benefits and Group RRSP/DPSP program after one year of employment. Overtime pay.
