We are looking for a skilled landscaper with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the landscape construction field. You will have the opportunity to work on high-end projects, learn new skills, and build a career with a growing company. What will be expected: - Participate in the execution of landscaping projects, including planting, hardscaping tasks. - Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season - operate landscape tools and heavy machinery - Works with direct supervision of the Foremen and lead the jobsite when the foreman is not there - work along side entry level crew members to help them improve and contribute - Co-ordinates with on-site staff for timely completion of projects - Works diligently toward building and maintaining a high level of quality - Represent Partridge Fine Landscapes in a professional manner at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues. - Tasks can include excavation, hardscaping, masonry, planting, fencing, grading, sodding and more. What you need: - 3 or more years of landscape construction experience required - abiliity to work well on a team and participate in all aspects of the job - experience in operating landscaping equipment and machinery, with a commitment to safety and proper use. - Personal transportation to and from the yard near Trafalgar Rd & 407 - Available to work Monday-Friday for 10-12 hours a day - Standard Working Hours are 6:30am to 5pm - Eager to learn and expand skills - Positive attitude and a dependable team player
