Snow Plow Truck Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient removal of snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to operate various types of snow removal equipment effectively. Must have proven experience in plowing commercial and residential properties. Duties - Operate snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment to clear roads, driveways, and parking areas. - Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning before and after each use. - Respond promptly to weather conditions and work schedules to ensure timely snow removal. - Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and working in adverse weather conditions. - Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Qualifications - Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating heavy machinery or snow removal equipment. - Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is preferred. - Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment. - Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during snow events. - A valid driver's license is required; a commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus. - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
