Job Description
Stewart & Co is seeking an experienced LEAD HAND to help execute and lead high -end outdoor living builds. This role works directly with foreman and crews to deliver exceptional craftsmanship on complex projects including pools, spas, natural stone, interlock, retaining walls, lighting, and site development.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma,, Apprentice Level I/II,, College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,
Skills & Professional Training
Driver's License - AR, Driver's License - G2, Driver's License - G
Pool Plumbing, Coping, advanced hardscape layouts, retaining wall systems, equipment operation, 2D - 3D designs, Grading, Material Ordering, problem Solving, Out door low volatage lighting - Quality Control
Compensation
$25 to $35/hour
