Our production team is the engine—and we need someone to help lead that engine every day.
The Service Manager works directly under the Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day execution, quality, and field team development. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coaching, logistics, service excellence, and technician mentorship—helping lead our current team and grow our next generation of field leaders.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily lawn and pest application crews, ensuring routes are completed on time and to standard
Conduct field audits and quality checks, providing coaching and follow-up on results
Mentor Senior Technicians and support the development of new hires
Assist with technician evaluations, ride-alongs, and training feedback to the Operations Manager
Monitor truck and equipment usage, report safety concerns, and support seasonal prep and inventory
Contribute to Christmas Decor program execution, including install coaching and routing help
Review and track key performance metrics related to crew productivity, callback reduction, and service delivery
Any other tasks as needed.

Compensation
$55000 to $65000/year
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience
Performance bonus: 10–20% based on the following:
Crew Efficiency: Meeting production and route targets while maintaining schedule discipline
Quality & Callback Reduction: Maintaining high audit scores and reducing rework or callbacks
Technician Development & Retention: Successful onboarding, training, and performance growth of field techs
Seasonal Success: Achieving team targets and install quality during peak seasons like Christmas Decor
