As we scale rapidly and prepare for our next stage of growth, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring General Manager to help bring the vision to life. This is the Integrator role in our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, working closely with our founder and Visionary CEO.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day operations across departments: Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Admin, and Finance
Drive accountability and performance through EOS tools: Level 10 meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, and IDS
Execute the Visionary's ideas into clear plans, prioritizing traction and alignment across the organization
Develop and coach leaders to grow their teams, instill discipline, and reinforce our culture of customer-first execution
Monitor and manage company KPIs including revenue growth, gross margin, service quality, retention, and staff productivity
Partner with the CEO on strategic decisions without overstepping innovation, brand, or customer experience strategy
Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, then fix them with clarity and structure.
Successfully integrate acquisitions.
Ensure Customer Success Guides, Sales Team Leads, and Managers have the structure and support needed to help our customers succeed in partnership with us
Who You Are
A proven Integrator or second-in-command from a service-based or home services business
Obsessed with structure, accountability, and helping people win through clarity and process
Not afraid of tough conversations; you lead with kindness, firmness, and fairness
Emotionally steady, solutions-oriented, and excellent at organizing chaos
Financially literate and comfortable with reporting, budgeting, and cost controls
Excited about scaling a company and building a high-performance culture
Familiar with EOS or ready to embrace it fully

What You’ll Bring
7+ years in a senior operational leadership role, ideally in recurring-revenue, service-oriented businesses
A track record of building strong teams, improving operational performance, and managing leaders
Knowledge of lawn care, pest control, or related industries is an asset but not required
Compensation
$120000 to $132000/year
Base salary: $120,000–$132,000 depending on experience
Performance bonus: Up to 25%, based on company and team KPIs (Total compensation up to $165,000)
