Position: Crew Member (Winter 2026 seasonal position) Job category: Snow Removal Location: Toronto, Ottawa Salary: $23- $25 What a typical day looks like • Follow Crew Leader instructions to complete work safely and on time • Remove snow from sidewalks, stairs, entrances, and parking lots • Apply de-icing materials (calcium chloride, rock salt) safely • Use snow removal tools and equipment (shovels, ice picks, snow blowers) • Perform physically demanding outdoor work in cold and snowy conditions • Report any issues or hazards to the Crew Leader You’re a great fit if you: • Are physically fit and have strong endurance • Have experience in snow removal, landscaping or manual work • Are comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (cold, wind, wet, snow) • Are available to work irregular hours (nights, weekends, holidays) during snow events • Can safely use and maintain snow removal equipment • Follow verbal instructions and read labels/signage • Are motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented • Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (asset) • Work well independently and as part of a team Now, what's in it for you? • Competitive wages • Paid overtime (1.5x) • Opportunity for year-round employment (snow removal) • Positive, team-oriented work environment • Training and skill development • Fun staff events throughout the year • Fast growth and advancement opportunities within the company • High-quality uniforms provided
