Position: Crew Leader (Summer seasonal position, starting around April 2026) Job category: Landscaping maintenance Location: Toronto, Ottawa Hourly rate: $25-$30 What a typical day looks like: • Lead and manage a small crew (2–3 employees) on client sites • Plant flowers and shrubs; redefine flower beds; lay mulch and soil • Perform manual weeding or apply vinegar treatment • Operate landscaping equipment (line trimmer, hedge trimmer, leaf blower) • Safely drive the crew between job sites • Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections • Complete daily work orders, inspections, and crew timesheets • Perform other related duties as required You’re a great fit if you: • Have 2 + years of industry experience • Hold a college diploma or DEC in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field (preferred) • Can work autonomously and take initiative • Can multitask, manage priorities, and perform well under pressure • Are comfortable using computers and mobile applications • Hold a valid provincial driver’s license with a good driving record Now, what's in it for you? • Competitive wages • Paid overtime (1.5x) • Opportunity for year-round employment (snow removal) • Positive, team-oriented work environment • Training and skill development • Fun staff events throughout the year • Fast growth and advancement opportunities within the company • High-quality uniforms provided Apply today!
