DenBok Landscaping & Design Ltd. is looking for a landscape maintenance Team Lead to join our team! DenBok Landscaping & Design Ltd is a well-established, reputable landscape & design company located in Burlington, ON. We provide services to both residential & commercial properties, specializing in providing year-round ground care & landscape construction for clients. We are currently looking for an outstanding individual, who ideally possesses 2 to 5 years of previous experience. • A great work ethic • In good physical condition. • Excellent decision making & problem-solving skills. • A sense of responsibility. • A strong ability to collaborate. • Willingness to keep an open mind and learn new skills. • Access to reliable transportation to and from our yard (Mainway & Guelph Line). Candidates must possess the following knowledge and skillset: • Ability to operate all types of commonly used landscape maintenance equipment • Knowledge of common plant material & garden care. • Great attention to detail. • Knowledge of safety practices. • Ability to tolerate all weather conditions. • Ability to work with a team, as a team. • Possesses an understanding of how to establish and maintain a good working culture.
