Responsibilities • Assist in general garden and turf maintenance tasks such as cutting, blowing, pruning, and plant health care. • Opportunities to assist in more advanced tasks such as seasonal container maintenance/planting, annual display installation, and perennial and shrub planting. • Adhere strictly to our high standards for gardening quality, ensuring every task reflects the attention to detail that defines Foliage Outside Matters. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously and commit to ongoing learning to improve your skills. • Support crew productivity by being proactive and aware of your surroundings. • Maintain a professional attitude on high end properties (punctuality, respect, good appearance and clear communication with clients).
