Job Description

We’re looking for an entry-level labourer who wants to learn, work hard, and be part of a crew that cares about the finished result. Hourly Wage: $22-$26/hr, depending on experience, flexible work agreement Work Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am-4:30 pm Our culture - We work hard, and we look after our own - Everyone pulls their weight — no passengers - If you show effort and the right attitude, you’ll be trained the right way - Quality matters — we want to be proud when we walk off-site You’ll be working alongside experienced team members who will show you how the job should be done, not the quickest way. What the job involves You’ll be working on landscaping and hardscaping projects, assisting skilled workers on-site. Duties include: - Helping with patios, driveways, steps, and retaining or feature walls - Assisting with the installation of concrete paving and natural stone - Groundworks, site preparation, and setting levels and falls - Planting soil, turf, plants, trees, and spreading mulch - Using hand tools, power tools, and site machinery (training provided) - Helping with fences, pergolas, raised beds, and outdoor carpentry - Assisting with drainage works, including surface and underground systems - Keeping sites clean, safe, and organized This is physical outdoor work, in all weather. What we’re looking for - Good attitude and willingness to graft - Reliable and on time — every day - Willing to listen, learn, and take instruction - Happy working outdoors and getting your hands dirty - No experience needed — training provided Career progression This is not just a labouring job.
