Job Description
What You’ll Do
Lead a team on residential landscape construction projects
Read and interpret landscape plans
Operate a variety of equipment with confidence
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met
Maintain strong communication with clients and the team
Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs. and physical outdoor work
Monday to Friday - 10-hour shifts - No weekends
Qualifications
Education:
College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,
Skills & Professional Training
Driver's License - AZ, Clean Driving Record, Primary access to a vehicle, Skid Steer, Fork Lift Certificate, WHMIS, GROW Supervisory Training, Due Diligence, First AID, CPR
Minimum 3 years of experience leading a landscape construction crew
Demonstrated ability to read & execute blueprints
A strong team player with a “we all win together” attitude
Confident using equipment and solving problems on the fly
Great communicator who’s client-focused and dependable
Comfortable directing subcontractors on site
AZ preferred although willing to work with AR license to secure Z endorsement
Compensation
$25 to $32/hour
