The opportunity: As our Horticultural Team Leader, you will lead a crew delivering high-standard garden maintenance with a focus on plant health, precision, and respectful care of client properties. You’ll be trusted to run the day efficiently, communicate clearly with clients and management, and maintain a safe, supportive environment for the team (OHSA).
