Job Description
We are looking for a Landscape Foreman/Lead Hand who is ready to lead by example. This is a "hands-on" leadership role where you will be expected to perform manual labor alongside your crew while managing the daily operations of the job site. You’ll be the bridge between the owner and the field, ensuring that the work is professionally executed.

Driver's License - AR, Driver's License - G
Active Labour: Perform heavy physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 80 lbs), planting large trees, laying sod, and installing stone/pavers.
On-Site Leadership: Direct a small team (1–3 laborers), ensuring they stay on task, follow safety protocols, and maintain a high pace of work.
Technical Execution: Interpret site plans and ensure grades are correct, measurements are precise, and materials are used efficiently.
Equipment Mastery: Operate and perform basic maintenance on skid steers, mini-excavators, plate compactors, and power saws.
Client Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners or site inspectors to answer basic project questions.
Compensation
$25 to $40/hour
