We are currently seeking a driven and organized Operations Manager to help keep our rapidly growing operation running like clockwork. This is a full-time, boots-on-the-ground role for someone who can connect the dots across departments, keep projects moving, and bring big energy to the field. WHAT YOU’LL DO As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the central link between design, sales, field teams, and clients. You’ll ensure that every project — from backyard dream to final build — runs smoothly, efficiently, and with 5-star results. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Overseeing the operational flow of landscape construction projects from contract to completion Coordinating project timelines, schedules, and budget allocation Collaborating with project managers, designers, and the field team to meet client expectations Maintaining regular communication with the finance department to support accurate invoicing and payment timelines Supporting permit application processes and ensuring proper documentation Monitoring construction progress to ensure all design, quality, and safety standards are met Managing procurement and logistics for timely material and equipment delivery Engaging with clients and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and problem-solve in real time Leading administrative duties related to operations, including reporting and forecasting Tracking internal performance KPIs and assisting in estimating and budgeting QUALIFICATIONS We’re looking for someone who’s operationally sharp, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
