We are expanding our elite construction team and are currently looking for a skilled Pool Technician with proven experience in pool construction and installation. ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Pool Technician, you’ll play a critical role in building and installing custom pools that elevate outdoor living. Whether it’s a sleek fiberglass pool, a luxurious concrete design, or a classic liner pool — you’ll turn vision into reality with precision and pride. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE ✅ Pools are constructed with precision and meet all client specifications ✅ Equipment is properly installed, tested, and operational ✅ Safety protocols are followed at all times ✅ Projects are delivered on time and on budget ✅ Clients are impressed by your professionalism and workmanship KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and install liner, concrete, and fiberglass pools Install pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and purification systems Collaborate with landscapers and site supervisors to ensure project alignment Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and worksite plans Maintain safety and quality control on every job site Troubleshoot and resolve technical installation issues on-site Ensure timely completion of all tasks within project deadlines QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2+ years experience building liner, concrete, or fiberglass pools Strong understanding of pool construction techniques, plumbing, and systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specs Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-focused environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions COMPENSATION & PERKS 💰 Pay: From $20/hour (Depending on Experience) 🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday + Overtime Available 🎯 Bonuses: Based on efficiency, quality, and project performance 🚧 Worksites: Top-tier residential properties across the GTA 🎉 Culture: Fast-paced, supportive, and focused on craftsmanship and growth 📈 Growth: Opportunities to move into Lead Pool Technician or Project Manager roles READY TO DIVE INTO YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
