Job Description
We build luxury outdoor spaces (interlock, patios, steps, retaining walls, grading and drainage) with a team-first culture and high standards.
We are hiring a Skilled Landscape Technician who shows up early and ready, works with urgency and pride, and cares about safety and craftsmanship.
What you’ll do:
Build high-end hardscape projects (pavers, steps, walls, edging, base prep)
Site prep: excavation support, grading, drainage awareness, compaction
Cut and fit stone, screed and level, maintain clean and safe job sites
Use and care for tools and equipment, work efficiently with the crew lead
What you must bring:
Strong hardscape fundamentals (base prep, compaction, screeding, cuts)
G-class driver’s license
Reliability (punctual, consistent attendance) and respectful attitude
Safety mindset and pride in quality (no cutting corners)
Schedule
Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am to 5:00pm
No weekends

Compensation
$27 to $40/hour
